What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Cost most probably, others apps like mailchimp and ecomail etc cost a lot more
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Content builder was one of my favourite features, easy to use, a lot can be done within minutes!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The problems with customer support we had. Multiple times sendinblue sent a random campaign to random amount of emails and they had no idea why, so it wasnt reliable
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it if you consider starting sending newsletter/campaigns and you dont have a big budget. You can learn a lot with Sendinblue

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
It has a very different approach, taking in account the quantity of emails rather than subscribers as most of the competing software does.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Is easy to use, clear promises and good product overall, not hard to implement or use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The CRM is not good enough to compare it with their competitors, and I personally had a very bad experience with customer support, I can't say it's the rule, but that's just my experience with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider their pricing, as it's very different than other products. If you rely on mostly transactional emails, take into account that each email counts towards your limits. If you send more campaigns than transactional emails, it may work well.
