What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Create personalized messages. Track the performance of your SMS campaigns with key marketing metrics to see what's working and what can be improved. Detect real-time problems in transactional SMS messages using deliverability reports and real-time interaction statistics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User cannot open a link to a contact from search results in a new tab because it is a JavaScript button, not a link, which means navigation is much slower. Support for resellers, the fee email does not indicate that it is a white account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve the design, interaction and deliverability of your transactional messages. Simple and flexible configuration. It is very easy to connect your Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook email accounts to Inbox. You can also connect other email clients of your choice or any custom email address that uses your domain with our IMAP configuration. Show ads to your website visitors as they browse other sites and remind them why you are the best solution.

Sendinblue is a cloud-based marketing communication software that performs tasks related to the governance of marketing automation, email campaigns, transactional emails and SMS messages. It is crafted to be an all-in-one tool for all digital marketing needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use Sendinblue's transactional email service to meet my clients' needs and add a professional touch to my services. Sendinblue is great for small businesses getting started with email marketing. It's easy to set up, the plans are flexible and there is plenty of room to instill your craft within the functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Images and text do not line up, not in all sections, but in 2 sections of the 5 sections. Also, the Read Full Article text on the button does not display acceptably. Again, not a professional stance for us that we are not happy with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The strengths lie within the multiple facets of marketing and pricing. The brilliant approach of paying per text message sent on a monthly plan is excellent. Other platforms wanted a monthly fee that would have cost me much more. They have other services that I would love to try soon, such as Facebook ad campaigns. Delighted to be working with them and hope this record continues. All the best to everyone.

Its working system is excellent, it provides us with the right tools to send our advertisements in a timely manner, it is a perfect software for any company or society.

The marketing is autonomous, with effective tools to send advertising, promotions, shipments, it is also easy to use, with good interface, practical, easy to configure, it facilitates the work in business, their prices are easy to acquire, their prices are reasonable for any business or company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment of using it when we open it to enter the advertisements and tasks it opens new tabs, it does not allow to like the events, another difficulty is to find a tutorial to understand more about this software, in addition it lacks that they personalize better its interface so that it is more attractive for the user that manages it. We have another problem with our newsletter previews in Outlook. The image and text are misaligned, not in all sections, but in 2 of the 5 sections. Also, the text on the read full text button was not displaying correctly. Again, not a professional look that we are not happy with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Coordinate with its creators a way to improve its interface to make it easier and more complete in its functionality, lower the economic issues to acquire this program or software, but having all these cons it is still one of the best in the market. We use Sendinblue only to notify our followers about new events. We do it once or twice a month to avoid saturation. Sendinblue provided what we needed and we got an excellent response from the newsletter. It is easy to use and provides all the necessary information about the results in a very clear way.
