The software is affordable and makes recognizing employees easy By rewarding exceptional employees, we motivate them thereby increased productivity

I have no issues with Bonusly and it has been great

The wide range of options to redeem points from the reward catalogue makes it a great platform and differentiate it from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bonusly is solving the problem of recognising and rewarding the day to day tasks of our colleagues at our workplace which are not in the sight of senior management easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recent changes made in the value of the bonusly points are a big turn off now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great platform for peer to peer recognition and one should consider it.
