What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

We use this software to maintain remote and in-office team communications, thanks to its chat, calls and video calls. It also allows you to send and receive files and all types of documents quickly and securely. It has many important functions such as adding tasks, assigning them and viewing their progress, all within the same platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The live chat and video calls and video calls are excellent, its audio is of quality as well as its video, which allows us to be always in communication without interruptions. We have an orderly way our projects in the program and allows us to visualize the progress of the assigned activities, as well as add annotations and in each task for further indications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All the functions that we have used have seemed very useful and have worked perfectly, if I had to complain about something, it would be in its capacity, because its free limit is up to 5gb which seems little for the information we handle, but we gladly pay a little more to continue enjoying bitrx24.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is one of the most useful work management programs we have had, because besides being simple to use and very intuitive, it has all the tools we need to manage our projects in an orderly and successful way. I recommend it to all large and small companies, in any area.

The technical aspect, Bitrix24 is an online cloud service that you can access via browser or through a mobile or desktop app. It has several different components, such as CRM, tasks and projects, chats, online meetings, website builder, online documents and much more, all integrated and available as part of a single platform. Bitrix24 is an online workspace designed to bring people, tools and information together in your company in a more intuitive and productive way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the new Bitrix24 update, it is now possible to configure access permissions to product catalog and inventory management. With these settings you can make your work environment more secure, as you will determine who can view, access and/or edit certain areas of your company in Bitrix24. It can be used for various purposes, the main ones being sales, marketing, communication, project management, customer service and online collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support option with longer response times for all users, not just business accounts. Everything is customized, so you have to hire consultants. Even with that, nothing was easy or simple.
