What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
It offers greater functionality than the majority of customer relationship management systems, including paid systems like Salesforce. You can manage your customers, projects, tasks, and more all in one place. The greatest benefit is that the free version meets all the needs of most businesses. I utilized it for five years with a company that employed eight people and had five overseas branches without ever having to pay for a more advanced plan.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Over a year ago, we switched from Bitrix24 to building our own in-house intranet. Although Bitrix24's many useful features were appreciated, some users found them to be overly complicated or difficult to navigate. The nicest part of the program, however, is that its features have clearly been thought out and can be tailored to any kind of business or organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A lot of unfulfilled assurances were given to us regarding this program. Our distributor stopped taking our calls after we criticized him for failing to deliver on his commitments. When I contacted Bitrix directly, they said they would escalate the problem but didn't get back to me for more than a week. So, when we finally made contact, they restarted the process, and we haven't heard from them in over a week.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've been using Bitrix24 for a while now, on and off for simple tasks and with the express purpose of learning how the software has evolved over time. Yet, I believe it to be a true treasure for me and want to begin utilizing it more frequently. All the features I need are included in this CRM, so I'll be able to rely nearly totally on it to manage my business. Opportunities, Projects, Intranet, Workflows, Telephones, Unified Communications, etc.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Bitrix24 has been the best ally to manage all the Intranet processes that our company handles, we have improved in the management of marketing strategies and business strategies thanks to the tools that Bitrix24 has managed and provided us with. The categorization and data manipulation have been successful since Bitrix24 offered us an excellent service to cover all the CRM needs that our associates required including a business intelligence service suitable for all audiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bitrix manages an excellent data cataloging system and manages to maintain a high and secure scalability to securely manage this data. We have achieved synchronization with various platforms in managing marketing and sales generation, as well as innovation in assisting clients through online ads to obtain leads. The services that Bitrix24 offers can be integrated with any business management needed. We also manage to schedule appointments with employees and customers quickly and free of charge.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes we have problems scheduling automatic notifications, most of the time they arrive late and that delays orders a lot. We have to manually update the reserved resources reports since it does not have a live update option. Another point against is the constant logging of accounts within the platform, they are always closed and does not save an access point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bitrix24 is characterized by being a multifunctional and multifaceted software, it is always recommended to work in scenarios where an advanced function is required for the same tracking of employees and tasks. Store extensions are also a plus within Bitrix24, because each user's interface can be configured within the platform and is very easy to use.

Business management using Bitrix24

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Bitrix24 is used in our company in order to keep order in the whole issue of employee management, Bitrix24 allows us to run the human resources department of the organization from wherever we are. It has a wide variety of functions and can be used via intranet or kept in the cloud, which greatly facilitates the work from wherever we are, in addition to generating self-service options for our workers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since using Bitrix24 our human resources team saves a lot of time handling these issues, the self-service capability it has is quite beneficial being able to register, making requests and sending reports all in this same tool. Not only does it get there, it is also a source of communication between all departments of the company and can sometimes be used in the sales area, which is extremely beneficial for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some functions such as video calls and other small functions tend to be unstable at times, which can be extremely annoying as we can lose time on it. The technical support department is not very good, very long waiting times even when they are simple solutions. It is a bit problematic to program notifications, this process could be simplified and be much more useful. The cost of the software is a bit high even with the great functionality it has.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software can be dedicated to small and medium companies helping to automate all the internal processes they require, keeping a great order in the field of human resources and giving viability to the increase of sales, although in the latter could improve a little more. Bitrix24 can be a bit costly and difficult to configure in short periods of time which can be negative at first, however when it manages to optimize itself it turns out to be a very powerful tool.
