Customizing reports is a bit challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize Projector PSA's implementation services; we implemented independently and in hind sight I would have not done that.

Complete picture of all features which are available can be overwhelming in the beginning... the more use of features leads to better understanding of how to and where to find information within Projector.

they are moving away from the desktop version which has the 80's feel
