BambooHR has provided an easy and affordable management to our company, making more optimal organization in our human resources area since we rely on their software, manages the data of our employees in an impeccable way helping us to collect valuable information and centralized which has made our payroll more accurate to carry, it is an excellent tool that allows us to have all the data of our employees in one place and that has helped the growth of our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR has the excellent advantage of being a tool that can be customized to the needs of the company, providing training videos to the objective points that are required, it has an excellent technical support team providing speed to problems that arise and need quick attention. Since we have been using BambooHR in our company it is much easier to generate reports about our employees and send them quickly, it has excellent responsiveness in terms of comments and that allows them to make updates more quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is a little uncomfortable that the application does not work 100% in Spanish and it does in other languages. Despite its high performance in terms of customization, it usually has features that are only oriented to work from home instead of face-to-face work as in our case, the option to call a person by phone usually has problems and does not process the information correctly, which causes loss of time even in the search for the option because it is not directly in the menu.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The system offered by this software is very easy to use, even with little experience you will be able to use it and get the best out of it. You will save a lot of time because it allows you to get what you are looking for quickly and effectively, serves perfectly in administrative areas, has an excellent capacity BHR which helps you to adapt and develop additional products or partnerships, making your company has better results in terms of hiring people who are perfectly suited to the needs of the company.

I adore how simple it is to utilise Bamboo HR. When we first added Bamboo HR, it was through a company we utilised for HR consultancy, and I didn't really make the most of it. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The technology is incredibly easy to use. People don't need much time to figure out what to do or where to go, even if they have never used BambooHR before. I truly like that a user-friendly design reduces training time or user errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform's customization process is a little more laborious than I would like. It's not ideal that custom fields need the submission of a support ticket. restrictions on the placement of certain fields. There is undoubtedly opportunity for improvement.

With HR systems very useful for every company, overall our experience has been very positive with our staff, if you are a medium sized company that is hiring and you are looking for a program that provides a complete HR system, BambooHR should be for you, it is easy to find one place to get all the information for my company's employees and rosters.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With it you use an uncomplicated system for employee payroll related. Whether it is to view employee roster or paycheck confirmations, The customer service is very optimal for your needs as it listens to feedback and is always updating and releasing new features based on customer feedback which is a mutual growth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product reporting feature is needed, they should provide some elaborate reports with many metrics and parameters. Some functions do not have integrated scheduling. Employee notes function could be more like applicant notes (responses, attachments, email notifications). Like you have to make additional payment for the (performance review) module being a very expensive module it is not good for payroll.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our overall experience as administration and HR management with this software is positive. I recommend this software to small size companies, it is extremely simple for navigation and allows me to find current employees, this is a fully dedicated software for companies as this site allows you to post your policies and resources there for employees to read as well as search for other employees if needed.
