BambooHR excels in all categories, despite the small bugs with the notes. It has an excellent user interface and the integrations make the job easier to operate and carry out. It is a tracking tool designed for any company and we can handle payroll in a totally reliable way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR has a very user friendly and easy to use interface for the customer. It always keeps up with the latest updates as far as tools are deserved with respect to customer feedback. It usually updates almost immediately the comments that are left and maintains a very comprehensive organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally certain features lack robustness according to specific reports or tracking with respect to each employee's work time. There is one major flaw and that is the similarity of the configuration notes between employees and candidates, which causes confusion when sending a report according to the notes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend 100% BambooHR as an infallible method for the management of human resources and to be able to keep in order the arrival and departure schedules of each employee. It is necessary to keep a balance and have everything organized from the main work panel.

BambooHR provides both an ATS and HR solutions built into one platform.

The cost almost doubled for us, which as a small company does force us to look into other products.

Make sure it has what you need, plus the sophistication to be a ROI.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Human resources staff members use BambooHR to conduct background checks on employees, teams, departments, and more. My ability to plan and organize for future promotions has improved thanks to the visibility BambooHR gives me into an employee's organizational progression. Instead of using numerous spreadsheets to track employee data, we now have it all stored in BambooHR. The announcement feature is excellent and allows us to easily communicate with our employees, regardless of where they are working. Having the option to clock in and out gives workers more freedom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For everyone from employees to managers to administrators. It's become our go-to place for tracking employee time and attendance, evaluating their performance, and even conducting surveys about their general well-being. The team at BambooHR is constantly working to improve and introduce new features based on user feedback. In addition, a wide range of third-party integrations are available. A phone call, a chat, or an email is all it takes to get excellent customer service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm at a loss for words. My experience with BambooHR's functionality and features has been nothing short of stellar. Making it a little easier to see when people are out of town on their calendars.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, BambooHR is ideally suited to the needs of newly hired employees. As a new user, I think the site is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Because this site allows companies to post their policies and resources, I cannot think of a situation in which this site would not be ideal for an organization. "beep boop," misspelling, and the need to log in again to access the help function are just a few examples of the less-than-professional aspects. BambooHR is probably the best option for a simple data warehouse for employees.
