Uselss ATS to be honest.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
I cant recommend this ATS as it never really has compared with other ATS's. This is very cheap and for self starters who have not really fiddled with ATS in the past.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing really
What do you dislike most about this product?
As I said, I have had the worst experience with deployment & mostly was left alone in terms of support
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say consider something like 100hires as that's way better

Establish clear requirements (process, reporting, etc.) before purchasing and make sure the system is well aligned.
