Features are magnificent, but too complex

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
We chose it because focus on the employee experience was evident. For example, the self-service portal empowered our retail staff to manage their information effortlessly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Not a surprise to have the employee self-service portal become the heart of our HR processes. Staff could request time off, access important documents, and update personal information without needing direct HR intervention, freeing up our team's time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Impossible to understand the reports algorithm.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great investment, try it.
