Like that updates are posted there as well as files, benefits, org charts, etc.

Can do a lot all in one tool.

Sometimes hard to find files.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

We originally handled HR and onboarding with SharePoint forms, lists, and spreadsheets. Information was scattered. It was very easy to have something slip through the cracks. We decided to purchase a dedicated HR Management Software. We did extensive research and comparison and BambooHR fit our needs the best. Everyone at our organization loves it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR is intuitive and user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to properly classify volunteers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try. The sales team is great and they offer a very comprehensive demo.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

It is so easy to use and very intuitive. As soon as you open up the application, you can have quick access to who is off today and also ask for a day off yourself. We switched to another software since the company we work for got bought out and the other software is not even close as good as BambooHR

It's intuitiveness

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trying BambooHR is adopting it! We switched to another tool because we had no choice and miss Bamboo immensely!
