What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
This software differs from other human resource management software because it has a very elegant and functional interface, which allows us to efficiently manage each of the functions of our workers, establishing a remarkable interaction with them and improving our productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most outstanding aspect of this software is its system of organization and selection of new personnel, based on its characteristics and how they fit the profile we are looking for. This option has allowed me to find a lot of work talent that, at the time of being hired, has been very productive and has covered our expectations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only aspect that I could highlight in this line, is that I find it a bit complicated to use the tools to deduct the taxes of the workers in my charge. However, after receiving assistance from my colleagues, the results of this tool are exceptional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bamboo Hris is one of the best solutions for human resources management in small and medium enterprises. The functions of recruitment, organization and systematization of the skills and abilities of your workers will allow you to make better decisions to assign your workers to different tasks. Salary distribution is another reason why I recommend this software. I recommend that you use it in your company.
