Basics are great for small companies

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Their help desk is great and they've done a nice job with documentation and videos.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of a usable benefits platform especially for open enrollment. For what is there, they'd be better off not having a benefits section at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are doing open enrollment on paper, this will not help you to change that.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Access to employee data can be easily managed and different people can only have access to different levels of employee details.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's more like a self-service portal allowing employees to make changes in their records without reaching out to HR teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
An option to do certain common tasks like raising a leave request or downloading payslip by just sending an email or a message on platforms like Slack.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It does a great job at automating employee onboarding and also generating a lot of HR reports saving a lot of time and money. Since they have mobile apps available, it's more suited to teams working remotely and especially in today's post-COVID-19 world.

The clean user interface and the intuitive layout makes it a delight to use. A single dashboard displays all essential details and provide access to different tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks integration with other apps like Google Calendar or Outlook calendar.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR is a recommended choice when looking for a one stop solution for HR processes. It is great for employees as well by providing a self service portal, with a multitude of features.
