I dislike however the BambooHR web app is usually disconnected for security concerns; this issue is also rectified. I’d like BambooHR to include all of the functionality accessible within the online app in the mobile app.

There are no built-in scheduling options in BambooHR at this time. You can't get notifications for certain activities (such writing a remark on a coworker's profile). It is not permissible to generate signature templates in an employee's file; they must be kept in the main Files (which would be helpful if something only applies to that one employee). In spite of these flaws, BambooHR is amazing and I would still suggest it to my friends and coworkers.

I think you should give BambooHR a go. It's aesthetically pleasing, simple to use, and continually adding new features.

When creating signature templates, they must be housed on the main Files and cannot be created on an employee's file (which would be helpful if something only applies to that one employee). However, in spite of these issues, BambooHR is excellent and I would still highly recommend it.

Investing in yourself is well worth the effort. It's always being enhanced and has a lot to offer in terms of streamlining HR chores. Moreover, it gives workers the ability to take control of their personal data.
