We also need a recruitment and onboarding solution that would enable us to simplify our recruiting process across all of our territories. BambooHR enables us to easily handle payroll, keep track of all employee information and signed papers, and provide employees with access to their data as well as vital corporate information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR has produced the market's best HR platform. We had to be up and running swiftly due to a well-planned implementation procedure. The work paid off since it assured that we got the most out of BambooHR as soon as possible. One of my favorite features is the ability to onboard and offboard personnel utilizing a variety of workflows and alternatives. We also like how we can maintain track of employee information, such as paperwork that require signatures. BambooHR can convert any document into a signature template, complete with custom fields, signature order, and other features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Adapting to non-calendar year review cycles can help to enhance the performance module. They've lately posted ad hoc evaluations, however it'd be nice to be able to establish our timetable depending on the anniversary of the employment date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have staff in numerous places, this is a very versatile and simple to use solution that allows you to create varied demands. The implementation manager provided excellent assistance and was incredibly knowledgable. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To perform activities, only a few keystrokes are required. I like how the ATS smoothly assists in the hiring and onboarding of new staff. Giving off on applications is very simple to establish and submit, and it is simple to locate signed papers in workers' files after done. It is also incredibly simple to report on leave, and also retrieve other staff reports and immediately email them to others. Automation is my favorite. It helps me in saving time while also being vigilant and catching problems before they can become problems. I appreciate that they're all up to date on the hottest and finest trends in the HR domains, which is essential.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no genuine payroll plug-in. We are currently using ADP for only payroll; however, we are wanting to enhance our payroll. I want BambooHR used to have a strong challenger for an API connection, plug-in, or addon. As a consumer, I dislike the inability to split the leaves into multiple categories. At the end of the year, I'd like to see how many of my vacations were for pleasure and how many of those are due to a medical illness or emergency of some type.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bamboo HR is an excellent choice if you want a solution that is simple to use and doesn't require a sophisticated ATS. BambooHR, in my opinion, performs HRIS quite well; that has strong reporting, a solid signing application procedure, great onboarding capabilities, and great time-off monitoring and approval activities.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Everything is in one place, easy to use and at your fingertips, whether you're using the app or the desktop version. The corporate office can send bulk updates, which you can view and refer to if necessary. BambooHR assists us in meeting all of our safety and training documentation needs. Furthermore, the recruiting and onboarding components make it simple to review and collaborate with other managers during the hiring process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR provides us with excellent tools for organizing, managing, and storing all of our employee files, as well as managing payroll and benefits. We particularly appreciate how simple it is to communicate with our team members. BambooHR customer service is outstanding. So far, the best feature is the app that you can download on your phone; it, like the website, is fully functional. You can clock in and out and be geotagged to prevent cheating, request time off, view pay stubs, and so on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, the only disadvantage of switching to BambooHR has been that our pay stubs are not available until payment day, whereas they were previously available two days earlier with the other program we use. We occasionally discover areas in BambooHR that are difficult to change. Fortunately, their customer service is friendly and responsive, and they can assist you with any problems.

BambooHR is a cloud-based human resource management system that I highly recommend. It could be the software your company has been looking for to streamline your processes and keep all of your HR needs in one place. I highly recommend BambooHR because it's simple to use, can be used on your iPhone, and has fantastic reports.
