What do you dislike most about this product?

Unclear as I did not test the entire application before I finished my assignment for the municipality before I fully tested the entire product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asking for a demonstration and taking the opportunity to receive coaching in how to best obtain the data you desire and want for your SAM work
