What differentiates Arctic Wolf MDR from other similar products?

You can basically look at it as offloading your SOC to Artic Wolf, and having monthly or quarterly meetings with your SOC team to address concerns

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Not having to babysit or constantly check a SEIM to address issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much of an interface to drill down deep and no access to logs unless paid for separately

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are small IT shop but need a SOC, then this is your company. It can work for big companies as well.

Have the proper in-house IT staff to administer the system and not rely too heavily on the 24x7 SOC team at AWN.
