What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?
Amplitude Analytics focused on providing easily interpretable data, very good for collaborative work, provides an opportunity of easy reporting. In Russia, they partnered with Adventum and they provide really good education content (including course for Amplitude Analytics) in addition to its initially user-friendly learnability
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Almost everything, including UI/UX of the product, quantity and quality of reports. My teammates from dev department should obviously rate its easiness in implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As I have written in "what features do you need in Amplitude Analytics", absence of an opportunity to create Churn report "from the end" (what actions were made just before the user churns) frustrating
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
AA's customer service recommends not to buy paid subscription if your userbase is low. In this case you won't get access to some features, but will be able to establish every single aspect of marketing analytics from the very beginning of your product's lifestage

What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?
Amplitude is a fantastic product that truly allows you to answer the questions that are needed to take action. With Amplitude I can quickly create and view conversion funnels slice and dice by customer segments and get to conclusions. That's where most analytics platforms end, but with Amplitude I can create cohorts and do further analysis to get to the "Why", not just the "What". From there, you can visualize and report of course, but also go another step further and activate marketing against those cohorts. Suddenly the executive level objective of finding the right signal to take the right action is possible. I love working with Ampl.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Working with the higher order questions it answers. The why and the causality (rather than just the correlative) reports that bake in the data science and the statistics right in the platform
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a thoughtful taxonomy to get all the events and properties structured the right way. Don't just turn it on and give everyone the keys, the power comes from using the right taxonomy and using some of the governance features to keep the data clean and usable
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Real-time, event driven, customer focused tool. This isn't just for analyzing a website or content, this is very customer-centric behavioral analysis based.
