It integrates a real AI that you can identify as a Woman or person, that allows to be more interested. Its interface is also pretty easy to use and interactive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automatization of processes like calling the reception or security, the data and statistics it compilates of the company´s employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A lot of extra costs, you dont really realize the amount of functions and options that you are missing out on for just buying the standard version. I honestly think the vendors were not very clear on what we would be getting for what we purchased.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider if the volume of employees in your company justifies the use of an AI Assistant to help as a receptionist.
