What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?
I'm not sure. We were able to get a good price and it seemed to have the features we were wanting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it works well with HubSpot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has been bumpy getting things to work correctly.

Do a full test of everything before going forward to make sure it is what you need.

What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?
Aircall was is the best software I have used! Really reliable and efficient, with a lot of detailed information. Has many reporting and coaching tools as well!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspect would be the coaching and reporting tools. With coaching you could go onto a live call and guide the agent, while the customer won't hear your voice, the agent will. This feature is especially usefull when people are working from home. Reporting has a lot of details as well, outbound and inbound calls, duration recording etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don't have anything that I dislike, very few issues and they were solved pretty quick.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get familiar with the reporting and coaching tools for sure!
