What differentiates Agilepoint Process Management and Automation from other similar products?

Number of connectors and some javascript extensibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Number of connectors and some javascript extensibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not BPMN compliant and uses too much process components to provide basic functionalities (like saving data to tables). This tends to make workflow difficult to read. Do not allow me to code in server side. Also, any changes require publising and we have to move cases to the new versions, even in development mode.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use built in components in a BPM way. Use forms, form fields, native components, integrations for each process - try not to create generic processes.Create a methodology that allows better maintainability of javascript code.
