While the tool is an all in one CRM solution, it is not complicated. Every feature is where you would expect it to be, thus the tool is easy to use. The tool is also affordable and customization and management are seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far so good with Agile CRM. It never disappoints.

Being very resourceful and affordable, Agile CRM is a darling for small businesses and I recommend it.
