What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects are the reporting features, which are very easy to use and customize, and the employee platform that allows them to manage their PTO, time off, and similar requests seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the integration is already very good, there are still small details to improve, such as occasionally having to run a report twice because it doesn’t include all regions the first time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn how to use it, ask about all its capabilities, and work closely with the team during onboarding so you can fully leverage its features.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

Not focused on the customer and should have offered more best practice tools when implementation took place rather than just doing what the customer asked (even though it was wrong).
