What differentiates Adjust from other similar products?
I have experience working with several MMPs, although Adjust has been the easiest one to operate in the mobile attribution landscape. Their services are reliable at a fair price compared to other MMPs in the industry. They provide a vast number of marketing capabilities covering basic and advanced requirements. They have been a great ally throughout the years helping us understand the technical challenges of mobile attribution and how to overcome them. The user interface is easy to use, allowing new users to onboard quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The technical specialists and customer success managers have been great allies over time. They had great availability and flexibility to adapt to our needs helping us overcome several challenges.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have a specific issue with their product or something in particular that I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Open conversations and test different MMPs before deciding upon one. You should be able to compare features and pricing and find the one that better fits your needs. Also, try to get the technical team involved as early as possible to understand who I would deal with daily.
