What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign successfully helped our business to engage with customers with the help of their automation marketing. Its very user friendly, and myself could customize how the mails should look like. It tremendously helped our business build new customer relationships!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of using the product. Its very friendly and not too complicated. Their support team is readily available to guide thriugh any roadblocks!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are other softwares which are ore affordable to use that provide full scale automation
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to definitely first try their trial version (which is free of cost for upto 100 contacts). This gives a basic understanding of the product which will help ypu understand if its suitable for you or not. I believe ActiveCampaign's basic version has not too many features, so if youre looking for a full scale automation and features, opt for enterprise version.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
This is a state-of-the-art sales communication and control program, it is reliable and does not have a steep learning curve, the drag and drop function to create the drip campaign is amazing, it has all the functions I need without being too much difficult to use, one of the best features is that the automation features in Active Campaign save us a lot of time, it also integrates seamlessly with other things I use and is powerful and reliable, it also provides us with an incredible depth of information to use in our marketing and sales funnels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I can add contact notes and send messages directly to my contacts with email open tracking, even on the lower level pricing plan, I also love the automations and how easy they are to set up, I also enjoy the built-in tools that help me improve the quality of my emails, I can track user activity on these forms and more and integrate it directly into my email marketing scheme, I also love how easy it is to create email sequences It has a ton of features and can be integrated with almost all internet platforms, I also like that there are a variety of templates to choose from, which makes creating an eye-catching email a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that some elements cannot be customized, for example I cannot embed videos in emails, nor can I choose from a wide variety of font types or sizes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It really is a long term email marketing solution and they will allow you to tailor your marketing and maximize your sales, it has all the features I need for my business and it is affordable in price, it is ideal for businesses that want to take advantage of their email list.
