What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

The campus is currently 100% integrated with EMS; therefore, when booking events on campus, we have to put them in EMS and then double book them in ActiveNet so that users of that software also see the booking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have evidenced added bookings, double bookings or cancellations in ActiveNet that do not show up on our side in EMS and we have to check background and update. both systems to make sure they match. It works with our campus financial system and allows the system to accept payments for reservations, which we currently cannot do with EMS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice to have the system synchronized with other software that is used. When outlining conferences, we currently have hotel guests and registrations for which we would like to share information through each system. Currently it is just double data entry.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software used for tracking financial and student information was not suited to tracking community programs, and the online software we used experienced little or no improvement over the years and had significant problems tracking information.

ActiveCampaign offers a white-label local marketing platform aimed at agencies and marketers supporting physical franchises with online projections for local businesses, and their platform they describe as an end-to-end commerce platform designed for businesses in every thickening period.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Agile functions for their customers with multiple locations. A comprehensive establishment scaffold with the tools your team needs to work effectively. Create the plan that best fits the needs of your strategy and get all the assets that partners experience day in and day out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Aligned with your company's vision, pdm will help you make the most of your membership by giving you access to exclusive promotions and workshops, though not always willing to to help you win in your market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

- The interface is intuitive. On the upside section, there are tabs such as Create a List, Create Campaign, Import Contacts, and Create Automation. For every tab clicked on, its details will be displayed in the center of the screen; - The pricing is very straightforward: In the pricing tab, we can display the yearly or the monthly plan by checking or unchecking the yearly billed button. We can also drag the Contacts button to choose the number of client contacts that our business has; - The automation system is effective. I essentially like the “Add a start trigger” function that enables launching automatically a reaction to an action.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The effectiveness of the automation system is what I like the most about this product. When creating new automation, it is possible to choose amongst the variety of templates available or import other templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- For a better experience, It would be great to improve the report section. The ergonomy that it offers is too basic for data analysis; - The Customer support could be more reactive to respond to our queries faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the product for people who want to strengthen email marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and the marketing automation tools of their business into a well-synchronized system. I confidently recommend this product for both small, mid, and big businesses.
