It is far superior to Goldmine and many other CRMs

What differentiates Act! from other similar products?
Used Goldmine since 1996. Wished I had changed to ACT! Years ago. Act! Is a much much better and easier to use software package.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
So easy to customize. It is very very intuitive and doesn’t require a geek to figure out most things.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn’t run on Windows 11!!! Had to go back to old hard drive system because it is not compatible with newer hard drive systems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have an older more vulnerable windows 10 hard drive system.
