Act! offers cloud and desktop versions of the product making it flexible to access data. It also has great customizable data fields/layouts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the customizable data fields as it makes it easier to set up the important information for each client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface can sometimes be confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for small business owners and those who need integration with Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Word, etc.
