What differentiates Acoustic Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Acoustic's core functionality is pretty standard in comparison to its competitors. Other Acoustic products can provide extended functionality to the core Campaign product, but with an increased cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is their fairly robust API which allows access to raw data and various touchpoints within the product. It is well-documented and easy to implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics features for Acoustic have always been a weakness (since it's Silverpop days), at least in terms of accessing modern reports from the UI. They have evolved the product with different reporting features that are interesting and may be helpful for smaller business with a limited number of users. However, having access to the API has allowed us to create our own reporting interface that also pulls in other data from other systems to give a more robust and useful reporting experience. Additionally, innovation has been slow-to-come as the product has exchanged hands from Silverpop to IBM and now solo as Acoustic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product for people who are new to automation and are looking to provide more enhanced engagement with their existing contact base. The price point and transparency is a huge win on comparison to some of the larger players in the email automation field. CRM integration is available for multiple products including Salesforce and MS Dynamics. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Acoustic Campaign has the substantial and advanced campaign means, which reach to a bigger number than that of other methods. Again, Acoustic Campaign has got into social media automation, a very significant space with numerous audiences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Acoustic Campaign has automated most of tasks, ensuring that the marketing department is well equipped with the right personnel. Moreover, Acoustic Campaign introduced the email marketing, a fruitful means in creating a direct engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Acoustic Campaign has made marketing more efficient, flawless, and customers are captured from any corner. The features that Acoustic Campaign has introduced in the market are top quality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Acoustic Campaign is a diverse channel in marketing, and it increases the quantity of the commodities or services that a company can sell. More so, the marketing procedures are efficiently automated, and made swift for all the staff and stakeholders.
