What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accord LMS is tailored for perfection. It's a robust learning management program that enables you to train employees from any location. It's intuitive and user-friendly thus making it pretty simple and easy to use and learn. It provides a system to upload, track and manage learners needing training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The set up can be a bit tedious i find it time consuming to build everything out. Apart from that I have nothing else to mention as a dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accord LMS is a must use software for learning management. I recommend it.

What differentiates Accord LMS from other similar products?

The application was simple to set up and ongoing maintenance is incredibly straightforward whether adding or changing content, making reports, or adding or updating learner access. If I ever would like further support, their team is quick, courteous, and efficient. The support. I feel like I can work quickly and effectively and obtain help when I would like it. I work with constant support engineers every week so that they understand who we are and how we are making this coaching solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve been an Accord client for around a decade now. The range of options and continued innovation of the software system permits me to deliver a high perceived value of services to my clients, most of whom are within the healthcare niche. Since several of the courses we produce are for CME accreditation, Accord’s elaborated reports offer the accountability of my client's trust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The administrative side of Accord is incredibly cumbersome. Running reports is extremely time-intensive and might be very confusing when it involves setting the parameters of what you want in the report. I additionally don’t like the participant’s “to do” list of courses…one prime example is that once internet coaching is completed, the course remains on the main list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When obtaining your demos, really take the time to check how to run reports, assign training, what the transcripts and to-do lists look like, and so on.

Excellent customer service and an easy-to-use administration make this a perfect option for anyone. The application was simple to use and can be used to maintain the content, create reports, and update learner access. It's simple to use and provides excellent learning opportunities. Their team is quick, courteous, efficient, and responsive to my request if I need additional assistance. Accord LMS has a lot of options for customization and settings. The program's flow captures complex data quickly and efficiently, resulting in detailed reports. The user interface is intuitive. Upon logging in, the interface is simple to use. It is adaptable and can be tailored to meet specific requirements. Each member of their team is friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More dashboard-style reporting would be beneficial to the product. Creating everything from the standpoint of product development is tedious and time-consuming. Because of the volume of clients they serve, a representative may take a while to respond. It's a fast-paced field, and as a result, we need quick responses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend a virtual meeting with an IT or sales rep for a live demo. It is essential to have someone computer literate and who can serve as a point of contact for administrative matters. There are numerous options available to you. Accord LMS is an excellent place to start if you're curious about all the features and pricing options.
