What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?
Better renewal amendment workflows the process of subscription modifications felt smoother compared to manual handling. Salesforce integration crm workflows are naturally connected especially for sales teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Traditional cpq tools focus primarily on product configuration but zuora cpq genuinely prioritizes recurring revenue workflows. Its value is much more noticeable for subscription heavy saas businesses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Configuring subscription logic and billing rules can be time consuming. The ui sometimes feels enterprise heavy and less intuitive. Smaller companies or non subscription businesses may not realize its full benefit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It does integrate with SFDC fairly easily

There does take a significant amount of technical skills to implement this product in the most efficient way possible

It's a great billing platform and for usage billing it gets the job done
