What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?

For our company, being able to suspend client accounts without cancellations has been quite helpful. Additionally, packaged bundles utilize it to update our CRM with billing information, automate billing, and send billing email reminders. Zuora is a powerful platform that enables us to input billing data into our CRM, such as renewal dates, so that our renewals team can guarantee that clients have a positive renewal experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zuora is used throughout our company for everything from making one-time purchases and yearly membership subscriptions to issuing refunds and incentives. In respect of a billing system targeted at large businesses, I believe Zuora to be one of the most comprehensive software packages because of its significant scalability. Zuora CPQ is also used by us to handle forms and get quotations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to the software's robustness and the variety of features and potentialities it possesses, Zuora has a very slow learning curve. Because of this, it is important to concentrate on training new users because this issue frequently arises. The lack of analytics raises concerns about the timeliness and accuracy of the data. Although they were kind, no one ever went above.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For subscription businesses to be able to bill their clients, Zuora is a fantastic solution. According to business requirements, the rules engine in Zuora CPQ may add, change, or remove goods. Additionally, it permits packaging, including the collection of popular features into editions.

What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?

We have been able to simplify subscriptions and invoicing at the same time, which has significantly reduced the total cost of running the business. It offers a very fast value of the work. Standard personalization enables all users to develop quick and practical solutions to enhance the overall job.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zuora is being used in a very beneficial way. I've tried a lot of interactive training materials, but theirs are among the finest. Any salesperson can easily pick it up and utilize it since it is so comprehensive. Now that we have information about our possibilities in one location, we are using this to complete new agreements. We can modify things right away thanks to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The information that can be expressed on invoices is restricted and untidy. Instead of being more comprehensive, customer service works too hard to close the case swiftly. Although functional, it still requires improvement. Because there are so many layers of complexity, it takes many clicks to eventually accomplish what I want. Numerous reports and capabilities are available, however, they might be challenging to use and understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a staff to handle Zuora and concentrate just on one application, it's fantastic. Zuora CPQ helps sales teams close complicated agreements including various charge models, contract lengths, billing frequency, and other factors.
