easy to use.

Great to use for conference purposes, Town halls, as well as incident management process bridge calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
not reliable while low internet connectivity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Count amount of users, make sure you can use the shared account for specific teams, to reduce the budget.

Versatile product for virtual meetings and wedding

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is very versatile for audio conferencing and streaming and very beginner friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and quick setup is unmatched.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The low level of integration with Microsoft suite of products and high cost/limitations of free use were not ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a good choice for quick and easy setup of teleconferencing and virtual meetings. The interface is very user-friendly, even for beginners
