Great for enabling productivity for remote teams

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
While it does not necessarily offer much that isn't also standard in other similar products, I like the fact that Zoom is a standalone product and not part of a broader package (like say Microsoft Teams). This allows us to mix and match Zoom with a whatever other tools are a good fit for our organisation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integrations with other products like Outlook or Slack are extremely useful and make it very quick to arrange calls with colleagues and business partners.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly don't dislike anything about the product. Apart from a few minor areas where the UI could be improved, like when controlling the participant video gallery, for the most part its a very easy to use product and I'm very happy with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it for free first but note that there's a 40 minute limit on calls (at the time of writing).
