Functional product, not terribly innovative

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Practically speaking Zoom does not have enough unique features to set it apart from competitors. It has become somewhat of the standard (we usually come across other business partners who also use Zoom so "Zooming" has become ubiquitous with teleconferencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love the fact that if we need easy-to-use features - even those not familiar with it can onboard quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Zoom product itself is somewhat stagnant. It is easy to see that within innovating another product may come along that offers even greater functionality and "bells and whistles."
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a worthwhile product. You will be familiar with the settings and format and getting stakeholders to use the product should be easy. It works.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoon is user friendly which doesn't need any IT qualifications ,the installation and the deployment also takes a very short time .meeting security is also guaranteed since the information amongst the participants is end-to-end encrypted.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability of the product to host large number of participants without limitation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Am not able to make or receive calls when using my phone at the same time during a meeting time .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to use,cost effective available also on free mode .its user friendly
