What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom integrates with more software than other products (email platform, ERP, etc.) and is generally an extremely smooth experience. The cost to benefit evaluation comes out easily in favor of Zoom, and it has wide use in business cases. They also have solid integration with a variety of video devices, for instance, conference room tools that allow for automatic camera movement and sound optimization. Zoom has good customization for users as well, with things like smoothing appearances, blurring backgrounds, and noise dampening that keeps background noises out of the meeting quite well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is heavily adopted across businesses today, especially in this highly remote environment of today. As such, there is specific ease of use and implementation, almost such that any companies expect calls to occur through Zoom. I have had international users and new employees up and running on Zoom with minimal to no training. They have done a fine job in making this user-friendly, even for those without technical skills.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very occasionally we would encounter issues whereby member(s) would be stuck waiting for the meeting to start when it already had begun. Additionally, the chat feature does not have the same robust features that most other areas of the product does. Otherwise, it's an exceptionally product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As of early 2022, Zoom is the best in its class for companies that do a lot of remote meetings and have to stay in close sync. This is especially so if your company communicates with many external parties via video conference. The price is well worth the investment over any other services such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

It has stable network for big conferences.

Easy to use interface, minimal lags during meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The administrative interface could be little better.

Zoom is one of the best video conferencing products in the industry. One of the best things about Zoom is that its free version is just as great and any organization on a budget crunch can use this with ease without worrying about missing out on any major features. From students to professionals, anyone can use Zoom with ease because of its simple User Interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simple UI is great. One can maneuver easily and the different audio and video controls can be managed on the screen without difficulty. Also, Zoom does not require high bandwidths unlike many other video conferencing products in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One drawback to using Zoom is experienced when you use it on the browser. The browser version is a little slow as compared to the app. The quality of the calls differs on both these versions, the app quality being better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a great application for video conferencing and screen sharing. One great thing about Zoom is that you can limit who enters the meetings but setting a password for entering the meeting room. Also, the number of participants that can be added is more as compared to other video conferencing products available in the market. Zoom is definitely a great option with a wide breadth of features!
