What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The feature that the user can limit the amount of participants in the meeting is quiet helpful because it will restrict the unwanted people from joining the meeting and creating a hustle in between them. It provides users’ with the ability to split into breakout rooms. This feature is unique and useful because it allows users’ to split into small groups and communicate with each other. It provides good quality audio and video to the users’. It allows other applications to access and connect with Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is simple and easy to understand. User can schedule a meeting at a specific time. This feature is helpful for the users’ as they do not have to start it themselves. It facilitates the user with features like chat during call and enables screen sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Timing of the meeting is limited and to buy more time users’ have to pay a large amount. It is costly to buy more time on Zoom. The prices are very high. The working is slow when the network is low. The restrictions regarding regions is a disadvantage for this application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It provides ease to the users’ for hosting and joining the meeting with only a single URL. This is a great feature because every time a user has to go through certain barriers for joining meetings in other apps but in this application it is easy for doing such tasks.

zoom creates the industry standards and those functionalities that zoom defines, the other platforms follow. It is my favorite tool to run classes or workshops.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the learning curve is really short with guests. Allows pre-registration for sessions and monitoring of participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the main difficulties arise in the integration with digital dashboards. Sharing files is also complex. The functionalities of participation with the public so that they give their opinion must also be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a definitive yes, it responds to the vast majority of needs that arise to meet the requirements of face-to-face sessions. After having tried several, zoom is the best.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has a lot of unique features which help me to differentiate from other meeting platforms in the market. The audio/Video conferencing quality of this tool is crystal clear, even the presentation of the screen along with the whiteboard presentation is really amazing. The use of pointers during screen presentations is really nice to work with. This platform supports a Virtual classroom feature which is really helpful to make any training session interactive. The live transcription along with an automated caption and breakout room is also very rare to find in other meeting platforms in the market. Saving meeting chat content is also unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The super user-friendliness of Zoom is one of my favourite aspects. Just in one click, you can start any meeting, start audio/video calls, 1:1 or channel chat, sending meeting invitation is also possible in a single click, screen sharing, start recording session, quick file transfer, giving reaction on chatting text with the help of emoji and many more features are really very easy to use. Zoom nicely work without MS Outlook and Google Calendar, even inbuilt integration with MS Teams is also very great. Changing the meeting background or setting blur background is a really good example of customisation. This platform supports VoIP calls also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think Zoom has any flaws so I am sorry to say no dislike from my side. Of course, I can mention a few suggestions which will add greater value to the Zoom application. I wish we should have the capability to delete sent messages with some timeline because sometimes we send any message accidentally and are not sure whether another person read it or not. I am expecting the same implementation as Whatsapp applications have. I understand the Zoom meeting platform is mostly used in the professional area but we can always make any feature configurable. Sometimes I observe intermittent disconnection during meeting calls on iPad/iPhone apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I don't think Zoom really needs any kind of recommendations, like I said Zoom is a trending meeting platform. Just get one package that will have Zoom meeting and Zoom Video Webinar & Zoom Rooms will come as an add-on which makes this platform is pocket friendly. The webinar has a live polling capability which is a really unique feature. Surprisingly Zoom application is available on all trending platforms such as native Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. I prefer to use Zoom on iPad because there is no limitation irrespective of the developed platform. At last, I would say, just try once free version, definitely, you would buy the license of it.
