I would say the UI. Sometimes it takes a while to find the link to make changes to the setting

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

There are a lot of features that help us to choose Zoom over other meeting platforms. This platform supports live transcription with a closed automated caption which is hardly available in any other meeting platform, even live polling is also unique in the case of Zoom video webinar. Multiple meeting session is possible at a time in Zoom, additionally, it allows us to switch calls between mobile zoom to mac Zoom. Recently Zoom teams added a multiple screen share option so more than one participant can share screens over conference calls. Since it is internally integrated with MS teams, the MS Teams screen can also be shared through Zoom call.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The application simplicity is my favourite aspect for me. Trust me very easy to use, most of the features can be accessed through a single click such as quick audio/video call, quick meeting, the invitation can be sent in a click, screen sharing, call recording on cloud or locally, mute/unmute conference call by long-pressing the space bar, quick 1:1 chatting or group/channel chatting, and many more. Making a quick audio call and converting as a meeting is also possible. Even making a quick video call is nothing but a quick 1:1 meeting can be converted as a group meeting by adding more people. Inbuilt integration with outlook is also great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few improvements I would mention rather than dislike. Sometimes I feel intermittent disconnection during calls over the mobile application, especially when I am using another application and the Zoom application is running in the background. During scheduling "New meeting" on Mac laptop, the new look of Outlook does not get open automatically along with meeting content and URL. That's why I am still using the old look of Outlook. Rest from my end all working perfectly fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom family does not need any recommendation because this brand is on the boom in the market. But still, I would say if anyone is looking most user-friendly platform that fulfils all meetings needs along with security because this platform is cloud-based. So without any doubt please go for it.
