What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
We chose Zoom during a pandemic to bring all of our team members and company employees together in one spot to work more efficiently, and it is still our preferred and best remote meeting software with a long number of features that fit our needs. I have no desire to switch to another system because of its simplicity, cost, and power.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom is an extremely useful tool for us and our other company teams to collaborate, communicate in classrooms, discuss, and share documents. Its collaboration, screen sharing, and screen recording features are among my favorites. We can also develop additional rooms based on our needs. Zoom also allows for huge webinars with hundreds of attendees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe the only negative is that utilizing zoom on older or less powerful computers can cause lag, especially with new features like avatars. Participants' invitation emails and the reminder mechanism should have been better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is the best web conference software for users who wish to communicate with clients and customers remotely quickly and easily. Because of the numerous possibilities and features offered at a reasonable price, Zoom is a major player in the video conferencing sector. I would strongly advise users to use this cheap and effective solution rather than picking expensive ones.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The smooth functioning of Zoom is what excites me while using the software as compared to the likes of Google meet. There's fewer glitches as compared to other products and it gives the admin good control of the overall platform while in-call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspect of this product is intangible - which is the way any one can use it so easily. No training required. It's more like a DIY.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They need to adapt more to the times of today. They really haven't added exciting stuff over the last 8-10 months.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To be honest there's not much I can say other than ask the user to definitely consider this product in their evaluation of purchasing such kind of a product, because it would not disappoint them.

Selling points of Zoom include excellent audio and video transfer rate, quality, and instant sharing tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, as well as its flexibility on slower internet connections make it a favorite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The present time limit on a call is one experience, which should be changed. Otherwise, it is a great product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a great choice as meeting tool, but be ready to start a new call if the meeting time is longer than 40 mins.
