What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be even great if meeting reporting and analytics improved so that we could better understand what is preventing us from being more efficient and productive. Zoom requires a strong and constant internet connection to function; it can be annoying to attend meetings on a low bandwidth connection. A workaround exists in the form of dialling into a conference over the phone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Certain aspects of Zoom cloud meetings are irritating. One of them is the 40-minute time limit for finishing a session, and the zoom is often quite slow. It appears to be an antiquated interface; they will need to work hard on a new UI/UX in light of current events. The duration of the free session is less than an hour.
