What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Everything about Zoom is similar to other products that provide video communication but the main difference is that with Zoom everything works as it should be without losing the quality of neither the video or audio.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is the virtual whiteboard feature which gives you extra access while sharing your screen in addition to being able to share files directly with as many guests who are watching as needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As mentioned earlier, the people behind zoom have done a great job with the solution and keep releasing new features that work as advertised.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend upgrading your zoom package from the free version to the business one to be able to benefit from all the features for a cost that is considered to be very low.

Great and reliable, but not without issues

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The main feature that i hadnt noticed elsewhere was the whiteboard functionality, as well as its industry wide adoption.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whiteboard allows for efficient communication of ideas
What do you dislike most about this product?
The compatibility issues with macOS online
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have to use it online on a mac device, look elsewhere. Otherwise, its amazing.
