What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

During Covid-19 pandemic, Zoom helped us much to communicate since most of our employees were working from home or remotely. What makes it number #1 tool for communication is simplicity, functionality and its unlimited performance. Zoom video and audio quality is super awesome, you can clearly see the person you are chatting with via video chat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many different applications for video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, audio and video calls and messaging but they cannot beat Zoom. We switched from our previous applications to zoom due to its intuitive and user-friendly interface, high definition video quality and affordability. It offers multiple features that you can choose to communicate with unlike other similar applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be sincere, Zoom has been the best of the best. It's affordable with slick design and supports multiple languages so learning and getting started with it even if you have never used it before becomes pretty easy and quick.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I must recommend Zoom as the best and most advanced software for business and personal communications.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is the best in terms of its ubiquitous acceptance. EverywhereI can share my zoom link for a virtual meeting and the participants will very much likely be receptive to joining the meeting on zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom has made screen sharing, virtual meeting so simple that it has become an essential part of every workplace. It doesn’t require any training for anyone and the participants also know how to Share screen and give remote access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are scopes of improvements of course, the link sharing and chat feature could be augmented to make the meetings more easy flowing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is no viable alternative to Zoom as of now, so I would vouch for Zoom as a must for the workplaces.

Zoom is continuously evolves into a better and feature rich product that helps them keeping ahead of the pack.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Really easy to work with and use, great collaboration tools, like rooms or annotation, and easy integration with other tools like Slack

What do you dislike most about this product?

The navigation bar is annoying and when switching from full screen to small screen, I tend to loose the screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is better than Teams, so if you think of switching, go for it, or start with a trial/free version to see if it is a better solution for your company.
