What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Best thing about zoom what I personally like is , without login in zoom app, user can join with meeting ID and password. No need to waste time on login again and again. It's ability to selectively share screens is one of my favorite feature and I do it most of the time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Organization can user it for internal team meetings, meetings with lead, managers CEO and organization can use zoom for taking interviews too, interviewer can ask candidates to write the codes while sharing screens.

Frankly saying , I have nothing to dislike ZOOM as it will be always my first priority for video conferencing either for meeting or seminars.

The new standard features, formerly bad security

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Until I moved over to Teams, I had no idea that Zoom appeared to be the most feature-rich of all the video conferencing software. Being able to mark up someone else's screen, whiteboarding, audio share, and very easy keyboard/mouse control are all things missing from some competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Aside from ease of use? Being able to draw on my or someone else's screen. You don't realize how helpful it is until you don't have it any more. But really at this point it's just that everyone knows how to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you look into it, there was a whole range of security issues over the past year or two, which would provide understandable pause from anyone who needs encryption, for example.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What, specifically do you want and need to do on a video conference? And how tech savvy are your users? How much does encryption matter (or required if, say, you're a government contractor or other heavily regulated industry)? Is Teams already included in your Microsoft contract?
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Security Frustrates
- Less Inspiring
- Less Fair

Zoom has many features for the business pro
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom allows the end user not only to communicate with peers, clients and prospects, but it allows them to control what is being seen at any given moment. A lot of video conferencing software out there is just simple video, but Zoom allows screen recording, screen sharing and a feature to spotlight anyone on the call. It's great for a personal trainer working with a client or multiple to help them better perform with proper form and technique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The spotlighting feature as mentioned prior is my favorite aspect of Zoom. It allows for that personalized assistance that makes in-person 1on1 coaching so valuable. It gives a personal experience through a virtual platform. Hard to replicate with most programs out there.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike some of the complexities of the product. If you're like me, you never use tutorials. You just "jump in," but if you don't carefully examine or tutorial Zoom it could be difficult to navigate. It took me months to examine all capabilities of this program and yet still lots to learn. On another note, Zoom connectivity is not always premier. It can get pretty spotty and I've had it where I've had international calls and audio gets scrambled lots. Not sure if that's to do with the Zoom program or the other user's internet connectivity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you follow tutorials or ask a friend how to navigate the software. Don't get discouraged, dive right in with it. It will be invaluable as a business producing tool and maintaining business relationships.
Pros
- Unique Features
- Efficient Service
- Generous Negotitation
- Transparent
Cons
- Slower Product Innovation
- Charges for Enhancements
