Zoom is very easy to use,especially the Mobile app is very intuitive and easy to use. The user interface is easy to customize and is very user friendly to the new users. I like the unbeatable customer support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite is the screen sharing feature that we use in our organisation to promote collaboration among teammates. The video,audio and image quality is high definition, and it makes Zoom so unique and effective. Its very cost effective hence affordable by all businesses and companies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far so good,for the 4 years since deployment i have not encountered with any major issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoom because its very cost effective and that is the best feature to consider while purchasing a software.

It's simple to schedule and join HD video meetings with Zoom. This tool is very popular for video conferencing purpose. It's simple to use and get started with Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

During this period of Covid-19 pandemic,Zoom has been very reliable tool since it allows me to join online meeting session and training with my teams and also working from home. I like the ease to communicate with my teams and colleagues through HD video and high quality audio calls with Zoom. Zoom allows me to collaborate with my teams through files sharing and instant messaging. Another great aspect of Zoom that I have found to be helpful is the ability to share my screen with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Meeting breakups is the only negative experience I have encountered with Zoom and this is due to unstable internet connectivity.

It's one of the leading tool for online meetings and video conferencing and everybody should give it a try.

When people think of video calls, they think of Zoom — and there's a reason for that. While video calls on other platforms can be fair, Zoom calls have been very smooth for our team. It's professional and personal at the same time and they offer great support for businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video calls with vendors work perfectly. Being able to send invite links to a platform people are familiar with is great for our team. It's enjoyable to use and video quality is always solid for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the UI could be more innovative design-wise, but I also enjoy the simplicity of the platform. However, this is merely personal preference. Overall, the platform still looks great and does exactly what it needs to do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a platform that handles video conferencing with ease, consider Zoom. It does exactly what it advertises and we've never had any issues connecting with external vendors or scheduling business meetings. Perfect for any remote team.
