What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is unique in that it offers both video and audio conferencing in one product. It also has a number of features that make it easy to use, such as the ability to share your screen and to invite others to join a meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many things that I like about Zoom, but some of my favorite features include: The ability to host online meetings with up to 500 participants. This is great for large groups or when there are multiple people working on a project simultaneously. The video and audio quality is excellent, and I like that I can share my screen with participants. This makes it easy to collaborate on projects or to give presentations. The chat feature is really handy, and I like that I can easily record meetings. This is great for when I need to reference a meeting later on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things I dislike about Zoom. First, I find the interface to be a bit overwhelming and cluttered. There are a lot of features and options available, and it can be difficult to know where to start. Second, I don't like that there is no way to pause or stop a meeting. If someone starts talking and I need to step away for a minute, there's no way to pause the meeting and come back later. Finally, I don't like that there is no way to mute individual participants. If someone is talking too loudly or is being disruptive, there's no way to mute them without muting the entire meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a great video conferencing tool that can be used for a variety of purposes. It is easy to use and has a lot of features that make it a great choice for businesses and individuals.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I have a lot of points which is unique in Zoom meetings. 1. Call Switching feature is one of the best and excellent unique features. 2. Temporary unmute/mute ongoing session by just pressing the Space bar on Windows/ Mac application is really unique which prove this platform is super-user friendly. 3. Multi-platform support, this software is available on almost all trending platforms (Windows, Mac, Bowser, Mobile application and iPad Application) in the market. The best thing is there is no limitation in terms of capabilities irrespective of platform. 4. Giving remote access is really great and works very well with any lag.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the simplicity of this application too much. Zoom meeting platform is user-friendly which make it easy to use just in one click. It fulfils all my needs in one complete package. Schedule meeting, Join a meeting, instantly start a new meeting followed by an invite anyone, record meeting on the cloud as well on locally, one to one chat, chats under the channel, call feature through VOIP, file sharing through personal chat or on the channel, use of emoticons on chat message also great features, etc. Video quality is really superb and I don’t have to mention the audio quality which is always crystal clear.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This application is working perfectly for me on all platforms. Especially most of the time I use the iPad application. There is on dislike and complaint from my end. But only I want one feature which is available in the WhatsApp app I.e message send/deliver/read acknowledge through single tick, double tick and double tick blue respectively. Rest all work perfectly fine for me.

If you are looking for an affordable, do-it-all solution for video conferencing, meetings, virtual pieces of training, webinars, and more - Zoom is the best platform to beat.
