It has good support for interpretations, which we use for our international conferences and events.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use despite technical platform, be it from phone, tablet or PC
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing so far

If you're considering a platform for international conferences, which involves multiple interpreters, this is the best platform

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I think there are a lot of similar products out there when it comes to this specific software type. The biggest differentiator for us was the ease of the other person to join a meeting. We have limited time and didn't want leads/prospects to jump through hoops as it also became a reflection of our company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease for a person to join a meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have found it to be buggy/laggy when not updated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're focused on ease of use. I'd dive deep into this. There are integrations with Slack, Google Calendar, and other software to really help connect it to other aspects of your day-to-day with ease.

Simple and ready to use with calendar integrations and plugins.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its Product Specialist Team is very slow in response and time-consuming with little to very low response.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just go for it if you do not have any sensitive data to be shared in the app.
