What do you dislike most about this product?

What I most dislike about Zoom is that it needs an internet connection to work properly. Where the internet may be slow or unstable, the sound and video will get worse, causing interruptions in meetings. Additionally, the free plan on Zoom has a good offer, though the 40-minute limit in group meetings feels too short for users who require longer talks. The interface is friendly, but it could use easier controls for handling bigger meetings better. The fact that its pretty ease to setup the whole tool in any kind of device and arrange a quick and secured meeting is the standout feature of it. The free of cost availability and high audio-video quality makes it appealing for every professional and day to day users. A reliable tool for sure which performs according to the standards and our requirements.

Zoom comes with a interface which is easy to use and can be easily directed to use among any age people. From people using it in the professional environments to the kids attending their classes online we have come a long way with the zoom. The ability to easily host, join or schedule any kind of meeting matched with lower bandwidth and high quality transmission makes it the reliable tool for virtual meetings. The combination of simplicity and multiple features all set together definitely brings in reliability to this tool and we can depend on it for our professional and personal needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not being able to edit my cloud documents like the ones in google sheet so that hinders my collaboration with the team where we are not able to integrate the zoom with the sheets. So i would personally like this integration to be added so we do not have to go outside of this app to edit our docs.

I would recommend to explore this app and test out all of free and basic functionalities that will give you a whole lot idea what you're dealing with. It comes with secured password meeting features, screen sharing, white board features and many more. So implementing it in your organization would be a great addition but do keep in mind it can be used on both large and small scale allowing you to make the most of it.
