What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom consistently delivers clear audio and video, even when the internet connection isn't strong. Unlike some other apps, it works better in situations with slower internet, causing less delay and more stable connections. This is especially useful for global teams, especially those in remote or less-connected areas.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like how flexible Zoom is when it comes to setting up meetings. You can record meetings, share your screen, and easily mute or unmute people. This makes it simple to adjust things based on the type of meeting, whether it's a casual conversation or a more formal presentation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I don't like about Zoom is that it can get tiring after a long time. Being on camera for hours or being in constant meetings can be mentally exhausting. While Zoom has great features, it would be nice if there were more ways to make it less tiring, like better ways to take breaks or interact.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom isn't just for video calls. It is a complete tool for working together. If you're thinking about using it, I suggest checking out features like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and how it connects with other tools you use. Getting familiar with these features will make your meetings more effective and help you get more done.
