What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this app for the following reasons: It is easy to use its access and configuration system does not require a lot of expertise when I meet remotely with teams and clients. I love it because I can share my desktop completely, window or any part that you select in the same way I can do it from my phone is very practical. I am pleased with the way in which he collaborates in group meetings from anywhere that allows me to share with the work teams of the rest of the areas of the organization. I like Zoom allows me to have control of the audio and video system of the work groups, it facilitates the visualization of surveys and whiteboards to interact and monitor the chat box when questions, doubts and contributions arise, it keeps me activated in my functions. Something that I love about this platform is that it has the particularity of allowing me to record online meetings in MP4 and M4A video formats through my mobile device, which is useful for future reference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software makes me a bit uncomfortable, but it is a situation that also happens with other cloud-centric software’s, if the Internet connection is not adequate this presupposes a freezing or interruption problem, which represents an inconvenience that causes the loss of essential details.

I recommend Zoom is a great and interesting application, useful and profitable to work with large work teams, even more when there are members who work remotely. It is appropriate for its compatibility with all devices to connect from anywhere. It is the perfect one to clarify, discuss, contribute aspects individually with colleagues from work teams from anywhere, allowing visual communication of what is required easily and.

It’s just the simplicity that actually makes it stand out. There aren’t too many features so less comfortable users can manage it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of the product is what I like. There isn’t a big learning curve to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that every time someone starts to share their screen it goes to full screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone uses this product so it’s a big plus. Even your oldest coworker should be able to manage using it. It’s reliable. The security problems have been taken care of.

It allows us to do webinars and meetings, without sharing the data of participants. It also works well having multiple licenses assigned to others for one subscription fee and the reporting works well. Zoom are introducing new helpful features, e.g surveys as well as polls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, doesn't take much training and allows our events portfolio to still run instead of be cancelled due to the pandemic!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost can increase with all the different add on options e.g webinars. but they work well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at a 12 month plan as this is the money saving option and take advantage of the training resources available!
