My favorite aspect is that Zoom helps me and offers me the ease of working and video conferencing from anywhere and from any device, making the way I communicate with my colleagues, clients and teammates much easier, it helps me collaborate and work productively and efficiently with the ease of just one click, it helps me save my money on travel and commuting, remote management and assistance are much easier and simpler, it helps me increase my workflow, get closer in some way to the people I need without having to move from one place to another, it has boosted the productivity and success of my business and helped me grow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is a communications platform that undoubtedly offers a quality service, in terms of videoconferences, chats, calls and web conferences, since I use it in all its facets it has worked perfectly without any type of error, everything works very well and so far I have nothing to dislike.

Zoom offers some very good features, such as easy access, audio and video recording, with HD quality, screen sharing, custom registration form, can be used on mobile devices with the same capabilities as the desktop version, drawing from the screen is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that everyone can join in from wherever they are. The tool works well, it is accessible from any device. I can organize meetings, webinars and add them to the Google or Outlook calendar and invite more than 200 people. The host controls are exceptional. The host will edit or exclude the meeting participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the free version of zoom allows only 45 minutes of meetings, they should be more flexible, 1 hour a day at least is enough. Sometimes when I register for webinars and meetings, the custom forms are not responding and the registration fails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is an intuitive and focused tool, with it you can organize conferences, webinars, meetings that allow you to share and take screenshots of the most interesting things. It also gives us the opportunity to make things much more accessible at a time when we cannot be physically present.

Zoom is the best known and most traditional video conferencing tool on the market. I can say that it is the most complete because in addition to including videoconferencing features, it has remote control, screen sharing and other security features of the virtual room. With this tool it is possible to save money on travel and commuting time as videoconferences are getting better every day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Points I like to highlight in Zoom is its friendly interface, clean and with all its features and resources well arranged in the area. The tool optimizes high quality video and audio while consuming less bandwidth and avoids delay problems. Licensing is per user and has a very good price for all the features that are offered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly we have been using Zoom for years and we have no reports of bugs, technical problems with the tool. Virtual meetings and presentations have always taken place without major problems. When there is a problem, it is the internet link, but not Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend purchasing more licenses, the more licenses purchased the greater the discount on each one. It is important that each employee has his own and can hold his meetings, presentations anywhere. During the Covid pandemic the tool has been used every day for teams to get together and work normally from home.
